Faye Stevenson

Faye joined the Catapult in November 2018 to focus the merger activities around people transformation, leading to a role as People & Organisation Development Director across both site locations.  In April 2020, Faye was appointed Chief People Officer for Connected Places Catapult. As CPO, her focus is on the development and delivery of our People Strategy across the wealth of talent and skills we use across the business. Importantly it ensures our colleague journey can attract, onboard, develop and engage, enabling the Catapult to deliver. Building a positive and inclusive culture for our people alongside the broader focus of skills are key building blocks for our future. Faye’s 20 year plus career was previously focused in financial services, driving HR excellence and business aligned strategies in a fast paced and rapid growth environment to build engaging employee experiences.  Faye is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and a Playmaker-Polisher ( https://www.thegcindex.com/ )
