For over 20 years Bruce’s career has involved exploring and promoting the social, economic and environmental benefits of inclusive and attractive urban environments and sustainable transport. He currently leads the team that develops and delivers transport and public realm policy and projects in the City of London, helping to ensure the Square Mile remains a great place to live, work and visit. He is a member of the NLA’s Expert Panel on transport and infrastructure and the Ebbsfleet Design Forum. Previous roles include Principal Strategy Planner at Transport for London, Senior Policy Advisor at the Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment (CABE) and Trustee of Living Streets.
