Andrew is Smart Cities Director, Europe at Jacobs. Operating at regional, city, community and asset-level, his team works on some of the most exciting digital masterplanning, service design and technology demonstration projects globally, from digitalisation of the U.K. Parliament, to the Glasgow City Region 5G Innovation Testbed, to King Salman International Airport in Saudi Arabia. Prior to Jacobs, Andrew spent 14 years in senior data and digital roles in two of the most advanced city governments in the world, Dubai and London. He is a member of the G20 Global Smart Cities Alliance Steering Group and has led efforts for World Economic Forum to produce model policies in areas like open data and whole-of-lifecycle infrastructure management.
