Susan oversees the Gender Inclusive Design workstream. She is dedicated to making transport systems and public spaces accessible and inclusive for everyone, including women, girls, disabled people, and other underrepresented groups. Susan has led numerous research and design initiatives, engaging with end users and embracing co-design principles to ensure their voices shape the planning and design process
