Coffee Morning: Getting ready for 5G

DATE : 27 November 2019
LOCATION : Urban Innovation Centre, One Sekforde Street, London, EC1R 0BE
START TIME : 9:30 am END TIME : 12:30 pm

Join us on the 27th November to hear about the possibilities that lie in 5G, discuss how you can get ready for 5G and network with key stakeholders.

The emerging promise of 5G is that it will bring faster download speeds and enable more devices to be connected, ushering in a new age of Internet of Things (IoT), greater automation, providing the basis for AV and more. The potential for reduced service deployment costs holds massive opportunities for public sector and innovative SMEs.

But how can we engage with it now? What does 5G over the horizon mean for us today and how can we get 5G ready? What is the status on the 5G ecosystem and what does it really mean for business?

On the 27th November, Connected Places Catapult will be hosting a coffee morning in which we will start to explore these questions. Hearing from public sector, SMEs and our own opportunities to help you get ready for 5G.
