This talk opens up the design process underpinning a mobile digital wayfinding service in the making, and digital placemaking for neurodiverse audiences. Called NavSta, the project aims to support people with less visible impairments to navigate railway stations independently and with confidence. In partnership with Transport for London, Connected Places and Open Inclusion, Calvium is developing a digital wayfinding solution that has inclusion at its heart.

Key to our ethos is collaboration, co-creation and designing with users at all stages of the project. This presentation provides an overview of NavSta during its development and an opportunity for the audience to share their own insights   – everybody is encouraged to help make this project as great as it can be!

Speaker:  Dr. Jo Morrison, Director of Digital Innovation, Calvium
