Ian Small is the Innovation Lead at Expedition Engineering. He chairs the i3P LCTA community of practice and convenes the Water Innovators Alliance. Ian advises organisations and innovators throughout the innovation journey and has a particular interest in helping ideas grow beyond the pilot stage.
