Project Summary
Currently, due to the legacy platforms and the fragmentation of the parties involved in providing the service, there is a big gap between what the passengers want and what the service providers are able to deliver. The experience of disabled and older passengers at the airport is poor, and they deserve a better experience. The Purple Flow project will address this gap by deploying a new digital platform which will transform the way PRM (Passengers of Reduced Mobility) operators function within the airport and communicate with the passengers.
