Natasha is the Accessibility and Inclusion Strategy and Policy lead at Network rail. She has a keen interest in innovation and has previously worked on the introduction of British Sign Language and accessible digital wayfinding in railway stations.
She has worked as a subject matter expert for accessibility on a number of innovation competitions and is a strong advocate for ensuring equal access for all.
Away from innovation Natasha looks after the accessibility customer experience within Network Rails 20 managed stations, inclusive of passenger assistance and accessibility focused mystery shopping research. Previously to Network Rail Natasha worked for TransPennine Express as their Accessibility and Integration manager, and before that working to support people with disabilities in the charity sector.
