Alicia is an experienced leader in the commercial, marketing and customer experience fields, having held senior positions in the media, digital, passenger ferries and rail sectors.
A member of the Executive at Southeastern, Alicia leads the commercial team accountable for retail, revenue, digital services, marketing and for shaping and delivering an inclusive customer experience. A pioneer for innovation, Alicia is driving the change towards digitalisation and has led the development of the industry first ‘SeatFinder’ tool and the Southeastern app.
Alicia has been involved in creating accessible and inclusive customer experiences for 20 years and is the Executive Sponsor for Southeastern’s colleague network group AccessAbility which aims to create equal opportunities and a better workplace experience for colleagues with long-term health conditions and visible/non-visible disabilities.
Previously Commercial Director at Condor Ferries, Alicia has led the launch of new ships, digitisation of ticket sales and marketing activities. She was also a founding member of the team which created FT.com.
