The VeriCAV Final Showcase gave an overview of how the VeriCAV project built and tested an integrated framework to enable Automated Driving Systems (ADSs) to be validated in simulation.

The VeriCAV project has been a multi-million pound, 27-month project funded by the Centre for Connected and Autonomous Vehicles (CCAV) via Innovate UK, together with industry match funding. It is a key part of the government’s £100 million Intelligent Mobility Fund, supporting the Future of Mobility Grand Challenge.

In this webinar the consortium – consisting of HORIBA MIRA, Connected Places Catapult, University of Leeds, and Aimsun – showcase how they developed a next-generation simulation framework that significantly improves test efficiency across a varied range of driving scenarios – all to accelerate the safe roll-out of CAV technology into society.
