What would it change if all your project data, standards and processes were visible in one place?
Join us for the next i3P Talks With session with Martin Mason, Senior Programme Manager at Network Rail.

In this session, Martin will talk through insight, a decision support system developed at Network Rail to bring together data, standards and technology across infrastructure projects. He will share why having a single, trusted view matters and how it can help teams spot issues earlier, cut down on rework and make better decisions before problems affect delivery, cost or performance.

This is a practical look at how clearer information supports better outcomes across complex infrastructure programmes.

Why attend?

  • Hear how complex project data can be made useful in day to day decision making
  • Understand why a joined up view supports better planning, risk management and delivery
  • Learn how better information can lead to more consistent and efficient project outcomes

This meeting will be online via Teams.

This is an open event so please do share with anyone in your network you think would be interested.
