Presented by Connected Places Catapult's Managing Director for Transport, this virtual session explores how user experience operates across transport modes today and how it is expected to evolve over the next five years and towards 2050.
As journeys increasingly span multiple modes, users expect seamless, intuitive and consistent experiences from door to door, regardless of operator or sector. We will examine how the experience requirements differ across transport modes, where they align, and what this means for organisations developing products and services.
We’ll be joined by an industry expert from the aviation sector: one of the modes reinventing itself who will share insights, lessons learned, and transferable approaches for improving user experience across transport.
Five innovators from the Transport Research and Innovation Grants (TRIG) alumni community will pitch their solutions, demonstrating how today’s innovations are already tackling these challenges.
Find out more information at the TRIG Programme webpage.
Alongside this future‑focused view, the session will offer practical guidance on how to respond to these market needs—highlighting the main players shaping the ecosystem, where buying decisions sit, and how to effectively position and sell solutions into the transport industry.
