Kate joined Connected Places Catapult in 2024 as Interim Chief Transformation and Projects Officer to lead a companywide transformation programme that will set the Catapult up for its next phase of growth over the coming five years.

Kate is a strategic executive experienced in driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence. With over 25 years of broad industry experience in leading and scaling complex operations and creating high-performing teams and cultures of excellence, Kate brings experience in accelerating the growth of tech organisations while maintaining a customer-focused approach. Kate fosters a culture of high performance by leading teams with empowerment and trust while promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion both in and outside the workplace, which was recognised by Great Places to Work for large tech employers.
