Rob Chesworth is Head of Strategic Land at The Crown Estate, which involves a portfolio of more than 30 sites nationally with a GDV of £14bn and the potential to deliver 28,000 new homes and more than 5m sq ft of space to support innovation, employment and new businesses. Prior to this, Rob was Head of Strategy at The Crown Estate, responsible for the development of group and business unit strategies as part of a wider transformational programme.
