Colin is the Chief Digital Officer for Glasgow City Council and provides leadership for Glasgow's Digital Strategy, which contains three missions: A Fair and Empowered Digital Society, An Inclusive Digital Economy, and Sustainable and Innovative Digital Public Services. Colin is also the Chief Technology Officer for the Digital Office for Scottish Local Government, a local government agency hosted by COSLA to support digital transformation across all 32 Scottish local authorities.
