Dan is a Director in the National Wealth Fund’s Local Authority Advisory and Lending function with responsibility for transport. Prior to joining the bank Dan worked in professional services advising on a range of transport and social infrastructure projects. His transport experience includes the funding and financing of transport infrastructure, rail and franchising, rolling stock procurement, zero emission vehicles and charging as well as other infrastructure and accommodation projects. Dan has worked on all aspects of the project lifecycle; from the development of detailed business cases, options appraisals and strategic reviews through procurement design and evaluation to financial and commercial closes and refinancings and post-deal operational reviews.
