This interactive session focuses on enhancing business models (BM) and value propositions (VP) to align with the needs of electric two-wheeler (E2W) and three-wheeler (E3W) operators.
Participants will be introduced to tools and frameworks that will help them to explore innovation in business models and will review BM and VP canvases with a focus on the electric vehicle (EV) market.
Key topics include:
- Exploring successful business models in the EV market.
- Understanding BM and VP, with emphasis on customer value and margin creation.
- Developing value propositions tailored to SMEs in the EV space.
Through group discussions, peer reviews, and collaborative problem-solving, participants will identify challenges and develop actionable insights to create compelling and competitive business models for the E2W and E3W sectors.
