Sophie Moule brings extensive experience in technology, data, and outcome-driven strategies to her new role in UK public sector procurement, where she is keen to apply innovative approaches to drive better results. With a strong background in PE tech, she has deep expertise in using data, OKRs, and digital tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Now moving into public sector procurement, she is passionate about innovation and understands the importance of transparency in delivering meaningful impact. JJ van de Vyver is an Engagement Manager at Visual Meaning, where he applies systems thinking, knowledge graphs and visual methodologies to help organisations navigate complexity, connect their data and drive meaningful change. With a background in strategy consulting and finance, JJ has led large-scale transformation programmes, managed multi-million-pound client accounts and supported organisational development.
A registered Chartered Accountant (South Africa), JJ holds an MBA from the University of Oxford and is completing a Level 7 Systems Thinking Practitioner Apprenticeship. His passion lies in improving the effectiveness of organisations, visualising complex ecosystems to support collaboration and facilitating grounded conversations.
Beyond his professional work, JJ is an advocate for personal development and mindfulness, having trained as a Chakradance facilitator and undertaken studies in plant medicine. He enjoys writing poetry, advocating for embodied stewardship of the planet and furthering the consciousness of human beings.
Gergely is a Philosopher and Data Product Owner. He read political philosophy, urban planning and Italian at University College London. As a graduate he created traffic models to appraise road schemes. After winning the Wolfson Economics Prize in 2017 he joined Amey Strategic Consulting to learn and apply data-led asset management to improve the UK’s transport systems and has advised rail, tram and road operators. Since 2021 he has been working at National Highways’ Digital Lab to create data products to help humans make better decisions.
Yiannis is an award winning founder and serial entrepreneur. He has over 18 year’s experience in marketing and technology, where he’s helped a number of innovative organisations successfully scale. In 2023 he was awarded an MBE on the New Year Honours List for his services to the technology sector.
His career started at B2B SaaS company Rant & Rave, who he helped grow from a challenger brand to a market leader that eventually sold for £50m. Following this, he was chosen as the UK Chair for the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) which is the largest community of CX professionals in the world. In 2021 he helped San Francisco based Copper CRM, one the fastest-growing companies in the US, with their marketing strategy.
Yiannis also advises government and is a member of techUK’s Nation & Region’s Council and sits on the UK Tech Cluster Group board.
Mete Coban MBE became the Deputy Mayor of London for Environment and Energy in July 2024, overseeing the Mayor’s world-leading climate action plan for the capital.
Before becoming Deputy Mayor, Mete was a Councillor and Cabinet Member for Climate Change, Environment, and Transport in the London Borough of Hackney, delivering a £61 million Green New Deal to tackle the climate crisis. He is best known for pioneering Hackney’s Community Energy Fund, providing clean, green, community-owned energy to 39 not-for-profits.
Mete is widely credited with making politics more accessible to young people as the Founder of the youth-led charity My Life My Say. He led the Give an X voter registration campaign, which resulted in over 488,000 newly registered voters ahead of the UK General Election in July 2024.
In the New Year’s 2020 Honours List, Mete received an MBE for services to young people, recognising his efforts to make politics and democracy more accessible to the younger generation. Mete also serves as a Trustee at the London Marathon Foundation and My Life My Say.
