Be part of the UK Pavilion at ITS World Congress 2019

We are seeking innovative transport businesses to join us in a major UK business showcase in Singapore.

What is the ITS World Congress?

Taking place in Singapore, the 2019 ITS World Congress & Exhibition is the world’s largest event covering intelligent transport systems and services – over 10,000 high level visitors from around the world. Themed Smart Mobility, Empowering Cities, 26th Intelligent Transport Systems World Congress will have autonomous vehicles as a key focus and it will be a major global opportunity for the UK to demonstrate its leadership in this emerging technology area.

The Centre for Connected and Autonomous Vehicles (CCAV), the Connected Places Catapult and Britain is GREAT are  working in partnership with DIT and Innovate UK to host a UK pavilion at ITS 2019.

We are looking for 8-10 UK innovative companies to join the UK Pavilion at ITS World Congress in October 2019.

What sort of companies should apply?

We are aiming to take companies that would significantly benefit from showcasing their Connected and Autonomous Vehicle and Smart Transport technology to a global audience in Singapore. To showcase the benefits of working in the UK, we would like to target companies that can link their technologies back to UK support such as Innovate UK, CCAV or Connected Places Catapult.

We are seeking SMEs for provision of subsidised travel. However, we are also keen to talk to larger organisations who would like to join us on the UK stand without subsidy.

Registration & Selection Process

Companies will be selected in a competitive process based on their capabilities and their suitability for representation at the ITS World Congress 2019.

The closing date for submissions is Friday 18th July 2019 at 12 noon and we expect to notify successful companies by 5th August 2019 or very soon thereafter.

Participation in the UK Pavilion requires a one-off payment per SME of £2000, which will be payable by invoice. For larger companies please contact to discuss options.
