A native New Yorker, Alanna Gluck has worked in local, regional and national government programme delivery in the United States and Spain before relocating to the UK, where she received her MSc in Public Policy and Management in 2017 from King’s College London. As Delivery and Engagement Manager for the Global Digital Transformation team at Connected Places Catapult, Alanna leads and contributes to a number of different projects in both an advisory and delivery capacity, providing insight on built environment policy development and consensus building, and leading on national and international engagement activities. She is passionate about how digital built environment policy and infrastructure delivery can improve social and economic outcomes for people and places, with a special interest in the interface between the digital operation of infrastructure and improved public services such as health and education.

Candidate to obtain the title of Master BIM Expert / Management of Editeca Online in Spain, training center Authorized by Autodesk in association with Isabel 1 University.

With more than 20 years of experience as an architect and 11 years implementing the BIM methodology; currently works as:

Professional BIM Manager of the Urban Development Company – EDU of Medellín. Public sector company in charge of transforming the habitat through the formulation, design, execution, advice and consultancy of urban projects that contribute to the development of the territory and the improvement of the quality of life, working in coordination with the people.

Undergraduate and postgraduate university professor in the implementation of the BIM Methodology at the Universidad de Sanbuenaventura de Medellín and the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana de Medellín.

Member of the BIM Forum Colombia, and is part of the Government table where the country’s BIM strategy document is produced.

Leader of the Infrastructure table of the BIM Forum Colombia.

Master of Teaching with focus on student-centred learning and a member of CEN/TC442, her professional experience as BIM Manager brings together theory and practice in a way giving powerful insights into BIM learning topics. Benefiting from an extensive experience form across European building and construction environment, she actively promotes BIM Management and contributes to BIM topics‘ integration into the secondary and tertiary education and lifelong learning within the BIM Implementation Strategy in the Czech Republic.

María Victoria is an architect, president of the Red BIM de Gobiernos Latinoamericanos, and coordinator of the task force SIBIM (BIM Implementation Sistem) at the Ministry of Public Works from Argentina.
SIBIM leads the activities of BIM implementation within the national framework of the Strategic Plan for Digital Transformation, and coordinates individual actions of the public and academic areas, at the Network of Public Affairs (Mesa BGP), in aims to promote the use of BIM from a perspective oriented towards a more open construction industry, with technological sovereignty, equal opportunities, and regional integration.

Luke is an experienced infrastructure professional with over 15 years of experience in policy, technology and business strategy, project management, and organisational and process optimisation in asset intensive sectors.

He also has extensive experience leading multidiscipline teams for large-scale complex infrastructure investments, accountable for delivering and managing multiple concurrent projects from pre-business case development through to operational handover and decommissioning.

As the Victorian Chief Engineer, he leads the Engineering and Innovation team to advance engineering across Victoria and technology innovation for infrastructure projects. He has qualifications in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration and Accounting.
